David brings a sophisticated global track‑record in major architectural, engineering and development management across Europe, MENA and North America. Noteworthy among his achievements is the delivery of the London landmark Raffles OWO hotel and Wellness Spa. He also oversaw the 1 million sqft flagship Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM) complex: a+$2 billion, 700‑bed plus facility with extensive outpatient, operating theatre and radiotherapy components.

His uniqueability to discern opportunity in space and translate it into unexpected, authentic and exceptional experience makes him an integral force in RBW’s pursuit of excellence.
